Day 1: Postpartum Return to Exercise & Nutrition
- You’ll learn that framework I used to rehab and rebuild my body postpartum while at home with my baby girl and the one I use to help my clients build back strength, lose weight, and return to the movements they love while navigating breastfeeding & pelvic floor symptoms and while balancing mom-life.
- We’re going to bust some myths about what you *think* you need to do and break down *actually* what you need to do to build strength, lose weight and return to the movements you love.
Day 2: My 3-Phase Process on How to Return to Strength Training after BabiesÂ
- You’ll learn how to rehab and retrain your body early on in your postpartum journey so that you can begin building back into movements like Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts, Barbell Back Squats, Clean & Jerks and other dynamic movements like box jumps while navigating pelvic floor symptoms like leaking urine or heaviness in your vagina.
- My signature 3-phase process will get you back to the point where you can begin pushing yourself in the gym and going for those PR’s again without sacrificing your body or time away from your family!

Postpartum was hard for me. I was used to pushing myself in the gym to hit new PRs or train for a competition. After having my daughter, I felt out of breath, squishy and anxious to get back to lifting heavy and being FIT again. I remember a specific moment where I was lifting just the barbell, and it felt so hard. After years of lifting 200-300lbs+ and having so much of my identity in being strong, this felt defeating. BUT! I had a plan to rehab and retrain my body so that I could get back to being STRONG and feeling like me again.Â
I put myself through it and not only did I get strong again, but I also found a new identity and new goals for this new phase of my life. That’s when I developed my signature three-part process on how to return to exercise postpartum and I am so excited to share it with you! It can be challenging to find the right balance of nutrition and exercise while handling the demands of mom-life, but with guidance and dedication, it is possible to gain strength and achieve your desired aesthetic look, so you begin to feel like you again.Â
