Day 1: Master the Basics and Regain Strength

  • You’ll learn the framework I used to rehab and strengthen my postpartum body while at home with my little girl and the one I use to help my clients build back strength, lose weight, and return to the movements they love while navigating breastfeeding & pelvic floor symptoms and while balancing mom-life or sacrificing your body or time away from your family!

Day 2: Rebuild Habits, Create a Plan, and Master your Mindset

  • I am going to help you create a plan you can actually stick to and we’re going to dig deeper into the habits and mindset shifts you’ll need to stay on track even when your routine gets interrupted, so you can get strong and fit again postpartum, and sustain in long term.

Momma, I have been there too..

Postpartum was hard for me. I was used to pushing myself in the gym to hit new PRs or train for a competition. After having my daughter, I felt out of breath, squishy and anxious to get back to lifting heavy and being FIT again. I remember a specific moment where I was lifting just the barbell, and it felt so hard. After years of lifting 200-300lbs+ and having so much of my identity in being strong, this felt defeating. BUT! I had a plan to rehab and retrain my body so that I could get back to being STRONG and feeling like me again. 

I put myself through it and not only did I get strong again, but I also found a new identity and new goals for this new phase of my life. That’s when I developed my signature three-part process on how to return to exercise postpartum and I am so excited to share it with you! It can be challenging to find the right balance of nutrition and exercise while handling the demands of mom-life, but with guidance and dedication, it is possible to gain strength and achieve your desired aesthetic look, so you begin to feel like you again.
