  • 1:1 30-minute ONBOARDING CALL to help set a clear plan of action for you based on where you are in your postpartum journey + how to utilize the entire program
  • LIVE COACHING & Online Community: You will have access to Voxer Chat every Monday 8am-4pm for quick back-to-back voice note coaching from me & support from like-minded moms in the group!
  • 1:1 MONTHLY CHECK INS to see how your workout & nutrition plan is going for you. I will provide personal recommendations and adjustments to help guide you through the program and keep you on track of your goals
