In My Strong Mom Era Group Coaching Program Monthly

Here is what you get inside:

  • Workouts that you can do 2-4 times per week tailored to your current fitness levels + where you are at postpartum that change every 4 weeks (includes plans for both gym and at-home workouts). Workouts consist of strength training (resistance bands up to the barbell) with conditioning available.

  • Nutrition plan: Most people want calories and macros so I will give one set of those specifically for you and your goals. For those who don't want calories & macros, we will discuss alternative options on our onboarding call

  • Shopping guides from top grocery stores and meal ideas with extensive lists of healthy breakfast, lunches, dinner, and snack options to choose from

  • 30-minute onboarding call to discuss the overview of the program, your goals, health history, birth experience, pelvic floor symptoms, approach to workouts if you are newly postpartum or are experiencing symptoms, and more!

  • Live group coaching calls 1x per month!

  • Biweekly Live Q&A sessions for support and questions on workouts and nutrition
  • Access to me M-F 8:00-5:00 pm EST in Voxer Chat! (Your personal coach right in your back pocket!)

  • Access to In My Strong Mom Era Facebook group: a place to share wins, and your big goals and get support and accountability from like-minded moms and a coach

  • Program hub: you will gain access to a program hub that will house your workouts, nutrition resources, recorded calls from previous rounds of In My Strong Mom Era, instructional videos from me and more!
