I'VE BEEN THERE...

Postpartum was hard for me. As a momma of one little girl (and one on the way) and a lifelong athlete, I get how challenging it can be..

I had to adjust from being an active and athletic individual to a momma with a new routine, body and a shift in fitness goals..

This meant I needed to find a new routine that suited my new interests, still kept me STRONG and feeling FULFILLED, and one that was SUSTAINABLE for my new reality.
