Previously, In My Strong Mom Era Group was a 12-week live coaching program where you had to wait until each round to start.
We just transitioned to rolling enrollment which means this program runs ALL YEAR long and you can join at anytime!
We are also opening up a pregnancy track that will include 34 weeks of programming AND live coaching from me to help guide you through your training through each trimester of pregnancy!
We will officially be kicking off on January 26th, 2026!

Who is In My Strong Mom Era Group Coaching Program for?
For Pregnant Mommas who..
- Wants to maintain their strength, stability, and confidence while navigating the mental and physical demands of a changing body.
- Is struggling with fear or anxiety around strength training and needs to learn exactly how to push in a way that supports her body without fear of injury
- Who is torn between a lack of motivation to workout and feeling guilt that they can't stick to their pre-pregnancy routine and need a "just enough" program that they can be consistent with without feeling like they "failed"
- Who are dealing with common aches and pains like pelvic, low back, and tailbone pain and wants a workout plan with the exact movements necessary to reduce pain and make your pregnancy more comfortable

Momma, I have been there too..
I remember this day vividly... I was at the end of my second trimester, pregnant with my first, at CrossFit doing the prescribed workout. It was hot and humid, and I felt great going in, so I did RX and pushed harder than I should have. Why? Because my competitive drive took over.
After the workout, I was lightheaded, dizzy, my belly was bright red, and my uterus felt weird. I was cramping, and it wouldn’t go away. (Full disclaimer: Everything was fine thankfully, but I had pushed myself too hard without listening to my body and it led to a scary moment).
Then, early postpartum hit hard. The days were a blur of baby snuggles and a longing for my "old" body and athletic skills. I remember obsessing over nap schedules just to squeeze in a workout. The guilt was real, the stress was high, and I even felt some resentment toward my husband for his "effortless" gym time.Â
My pre-baby routine felt impossible. I felt stuck, either pushing too hard and tweaking my low back, or constantly starting over. The "all-or-nothing" voice in my head was making things worse.
Slowly, through a lot of trial and (a lot of) error, I realized I needed to be kinder to myself. I learned that feeling strong, fit, and athletic again didn't require crazy hours or PRs. It required strategic training today for my future self.
My experience taught me that whether you're pregnant and need to focus on maintenance and deload, or you're postpartum and need a strategic recovery period, your long-term health and athletic goals are the priority.
Now, postpartum again with my second, I'm committed to that self-compassion. When my baby or toddler interrupts my workout, it doesn't send me into a tailspin anymore. I've built a foundation of healthier habits, a stronger body, and a more forgiving mindset and I am a better athlete for it.
As a mom of two and someone who loves being active, strong, and fit, I get how challenging it is to navigate a new body, a new routine, and a whole new set of priorities.
