Hey, I'm Mary!
I am a momma of two little girls, a Registered Nurse in Women’s Health, and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism (P&PA) Coach.
My background as a college gymnast and Team USA Olympic Weightlifter gave me deep insights into high-level training.
After a decade of coaching everything from Olympic Weightlifting to general strength, my own pregnancies fueled a new mission: to empower moms to stay strong and pursue their fitness and athletic goals during this season of life.
That's why I specialized in Pre- & Postnatal Coaching—because I believe every mom deserves the chance to feel informed and empowered about continuing the movement they love—and to feel truly strong, capable, and confident every step of the way.
