After struggling to feel like I genuinely belonged for most of my life, I decided it was time to break free from my limitations and step into the person I was always meant to be — confident and free to live the life I’ve always imagined.
Now I’ve turned my transformation into an easy-to-follow system that anyone can use to unlock their potential and start enjoying life like never before.

This is an 8-week educational self-study course and workout plan designed specifically for early postpartum moms to help them rehab and regain strength and function of their core and pelvic floor so they can build back into the exercise and strength training movements they love to do.
